Regional Meetings

Throughout the year, regional meetings serve as forums for the exchange of ideas among franchise owners, as well as vehicles to promote communication between franchise owners and the Corporate Support Center.

They also serve as training sessions, with presenters covering sales and service issues. Plus, franchise owners are shown ways they can better operate their businesses.

Ongoing Support

Ongoing support and assistance is always available through our staff of expert Field Sales and Field Service Consultants. Each field team member has excellent people skills and is a specialist in training franchise owners, along with their service and sales staffs on the technical and personal aspects of customer service and sales.

International Sales & Service Conference

At our annual International Sales & Service Conference, the Corporate Support Center sponsors special events and awards designed to encourage peak performance among franchise owners and their employees. Individual and showroom accomplishments for the year are applauded and recognized throughout the event. Attendees also hear from some of the world’s most acclaimed speakers and seminar leaders.

The conference is also a vehicle for bringing together showroom teams from across North America to promote networking, support and idea exchange.

PaceSetters Getaway and Summit Conference

The Corporate Support Center supports its franchise owners by providing productivity rewards for their sales and service teams. Sales and service staff can qualify for DirectBuy's prestigious annual Summit Conference. This event gives top sales and service associates the opportunity to interact with their peers, exchange ideas and receive recognition for their efforts in a fun and relaxing setting.

Franchise owners may also qualify for trips based on membership production. The annual PaceSetters Getaway, held in resort locations such as Cancun, Bermuda, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas and Maui, was created to reward owners for superior productivity and to provide a chance for them to share ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.
